Do you provide onsite Installation & Training?

Yes, We do provide premium hardware supply, Installation & Training, with 24x7 Online support and required onsite support all over UAE.

Do you sell Software for Outside UAE Customers?

Yes, We do have customer more than 15+ countries. that is GCC, African countries, Asian countries. etc. Our Company head office is at Dubai only.

Does your software has yearly payments?

we have onetime payment software with lifetime license. and also we have cloud online software with monthly / yearly subscriptions. coz, we are using the virtual cloud server for hosting database.

What is the timeframe required for implementation?

Mostly we do complete the installation within 2 days and maximum in A week. But if the customer has any customization agreed, it will determined by considering time to develop the module, testing etc.

Instead of POS System, Can I use my laptop or Desktop?

Yes. You can use any touch and non touch system to use our software. All necessary pos hardware like printer, scanner, cash drawer etc. can be configured with your system.

Can Opta Point Of Sale Software support product pictures?

Yes. You can upload or attach an image for each product. You can easily identify product while checkout.

Can I store my customer details in the pos software?

We have a built-in CRM allowing you to store all essential customer information. You can also import your previous customer details that you stored in sheets to excel. In addition, we have customer credit sale option and loyalty module integrated.

Is your POS Software is VAT enabled?

Yes. It has Tax option according to your country needs you can set it up easily. You can generate Tax reports sametime Tax Invoice as well. User can configure the tax method either Inclusive or Exclusive.

Can I print my own barcode for products?

Yes. If you to generate your own code, manually you can enter it. system has the ability to generate serial or randoms code for items. supplier barcode also can be used. while printing barcode you can choose what are the fields required in the label.

Does your software support Arabic language?

Yes, Our Opta Retail pro has the arabic language, easily user can switch to arabic to english and english to arabic. Screen toggle alignment also can be make Right to Left while using arabic language. 

Can we handle large numbers of Inventory items?

Yes. there is no practical limit to the number of products you can add in our retail / restaurant pos software. Number doesn't mean even if its two or 10,000.
